Beatlemania On Tour

They started in Hamburg in 1960 and by 1965 they were the biggest music phenomenon the world had known. Beatlemania swept the world for the next 14 years. Now, half a century later, you can relive this amazing journey. The Beatles phenomenon is live on stage again in Brisbane, with Beatlemania On Tour at The Concert Hall – QPAC on Friday 12 March, 2010.

Performed by The Beatles Experience, four young impersonators, Beatlemania On Tour recreates the spirit and energy of the Fab Four. In Authentic costumes, with trademark Beatles instruments, amplifiers, choreography and performing every song in its original key, the four accomplished musicians have audience around the world jumping 'eight days a week.'

Chris Frazer (John) has loved The Beatles and particularly John Lennon’s music legacy from his earliest memories, singing Beatles songs in pre-school. He says “Rock n Roll, Beatles, Lennon’s signature 325 guitar, screaming audiences. I’m in my element!”

Scott Macfarlane (Paul) has something of McCartney’s boyish good looks and a lot of his sound. He even taught himself to play bass guitar left-handed just like Paul.

Paul Green (George) spent much of his teenage years trying to emulate the signature riffs and three part harmonies of the band. And today, his understanding of George’s vocal and guitar style as earned him the reputation as one of the best in the business.

Michael Brady (Ringo), the son of a drummer, had his first trio in sixth grade and went on to become a Sydney session drummer. He’s said to be the best 'pure' drummer ever to portray Ringo.
