Papa Vs. Pretty
Papa vs. Pretty Tour

Currently winding up their nation wide tour with The Holidays, Papa vs. Pretty have celebrated the release of their Heavy Harm EP with acclaim from critics and unassuming audiences alike.

They’ve turned away punters at their sold out Sydney EP launch and played alongside a string of local and international support slots with Silversun Pickups and Surfer Blood. A recent performance as part of Perth’s One Movement Festival pricked the ears of some of Australia and the world’s leading music aficionados and delivered one of the highlight performances of the Asia-Pacific music conference.

Now the Sydney based three-piece are about to hit the road again for their own headline dates and join some of the biggest summer festivals line-ups, and will be appearing at Peats Ridge Festival and Pyramid Rock Festival.

Papa vs. Pretty also announce they’ve been invited to share the stage with Hot Hot Heat for their Sydney & Melbourne sideshows as part of the Canadian band’s Australian tour in January 2011.

For a preview of what to expect from their much lauded live shows, head to these links for two special live performances of “Heavy Harm” and “I Still Believe In Us” at Oxford Art Factory.

“Papa vs. Pretty are easily one of the most exciting young bands to come out of Sydney in a hell of a long time.” FASTER LOUDER
